Aaron was very professional, courteous and personable. He listened to what my concern was and told me how it would be addressed. He also explained how he would conduct a thorough check of the garage door and all its mechanisms. After doing so, he provided all possible options available to me with prices. There was no sales pressure involved which I greatly appreciated. After I decided what I wanted done, he completed the job in a professional and timely manner. I could not ask for better service from a company and its staff member. I will definitely use Precision Door again if the need arises.

Recent lightening strike fried part of my garage door opener. I called Precision Thursday morning and new garage door opener was installed by 2:00p.m. SAME DAY!!! Matthew T. was the technician and couldn't have been more professional. He was very patient with this rattled customer. If a ten-star rating was possible, I'd give it.

It was easy to request a visit on the website for the next day on the night the garage door spring was broken. Their technician Jorge saw the broken spring and also checked the rest of the components and then explained the several options for maintenance that were required. He finished in hours and we had a working garage door again. Simple, convenient and no drama.

Dylan and Josh were absolutely wonderful installing new garage doors on an older home. It was tricky, but they were very creative and engineered an excellent solution. They were so professional and cleaned up the garage before they completed the job at 9:30 on a Friday night. They explained all the technology and went over how to keep the doors in good shape. They called with an arrival time, and worked diligently the entire day. They were a great team and very personable. The entire office was so helpful in scheduling a new installation. When Bryan came out to give an estimate, the old garage doors were shaking due to the wind, and he spent an hour of his time trying to secure them. They are an excellent company and I would highly recommend them.

Preface: I emailed business twice before posting hoping for a response. None received. I emphasize I was satisfied with technicians work, alerts of appointment, and final product. Did not appreciate other aspects as stated below. This is my opinion and may not apply to anyone else. Just how I feel about my experience. I would have loved a response from them. Thought I would e-mail before writing review. Tim was very good, prompt, professional, and quick. I broke my own rule of not getting three estimates. After some research I must say you are on the higher end of the range as another reviewer also stated. I didn’t appreciate Tim saying he forgot to tell me about the 3% charge for credit card when I handed it to him at the end. Sorry this is a personal view but I was in retail for 40 years and always accepted that as cost of doing business as hard as it is. I never do business with any establishment that does this and I would not have if Tim told me that in the beginning when he should have. Also, he handed me a can of lubricant that I assumed was part of a $835 service and this was the least expensive choice to replace torsion springs. The next two services were for $1300 and $1800 to basically replace all parts. I didn’t notice til I saw an invoice e-mailed to me after he left that it was $25 (I can buy it on Amazon for under $10) or I would have refused it. He should have told me it was an extra charge. Need to be a little more upfront or provide invoice before payment not just a total quote on an iPad. I can’t say I am happy and it has left a very bad taste. Very disappointed no one could take the time to respond to my e-mails to answer my concerns. Again, work was fine. Would just suggest getting several estimates and a printed invoice before you pay.

Precision has been exclusively my go-to for garage door service for years. Most recently, they've installed two new openers for me in the past three years (one for each door). At first, I was a little disappointed in the limited selection of units they made available for installation, and their pricing is on the mid-to-high side, but that seems to be because they only deal in higher-end equipment. Normally, I'm a "best-price-wins" shopper, but Precision offers so much in the way of service, quality, follow-up, timeliness, and responsiveness that it more than makes up for the few extra dollars I might have put out. They are always very courteous, professional, and helpful. And they have always responded to me and been able to service my doors/door openers within 2 days of my request - usually within one day! The staff, from the phone service to the technicians to the management, is extremely friendly and professional, while also being extraordinarily knowledgeable and efficient. I almost didn't want to call them for my recent repair because I figured it was tool menial of a job and it would be to expensive. They worked with me to figure out a way to cover the service, and I am, once again, extremely happy with their service and the results.
