I called Precision when the chain on my old garage door opener broke. Jesse Johnson, the Precision technician, shared with me the benefits of replacing the old opener with a new LiftMaster 6690L. He provided various options that met my requirements and budget. He had the equipment needed on his truck to install the new belt-driven LiftMaster on the spot. I am very pleased with the new garage door opener. A solid and reasonably priced upgrade. Jesse was very professional and helpful. He knows he craft and takes pride in his work. I strongly recommend Precision and I commend Jesse for doing a great job.

Kudos to Precision and to Jesse Johnson, the technician sent to repair our garage door that stopped working thanks to a couple of broken cables and other issues. Jesse made a good, quick diagnosis, had everything needed to make our repair. Door is again opening and closing as it should. Cost was reasonable. Thanks to Jesse and Precision.

First, let us say thank you to Mr. Richard [Richie] Armbruster for his outstanding punctuality, professionalism, knowledge, communication, and ethical approach. At our request, Richie provided an equipment estimate for the builder-grade system installed two years ago in our newly built home. While the current system is functional and without issue at the moment, we have reservations about its long-term durability given the lower quality grade. What we appreciated most was Richie’s candor and experience. Based on today’s appointment, we are evaluating the written estimate he provided, which will likely lead to an upgrade in the near future. When we schedule the upgrade, it will be predicated on Richie being the assigned technician to complete the job. Company needs to work on efficiency, I set up an appointment on 7/31 for 8/10, however, no one show up. When I called to find out what was going on I was told that they did not have an appointment for me, the individual insulted my intelligence by asking if I called the correct number, then she proceeded to tell me my appointment was on 8/6, however, she was completely wrong because that appointment she was looking at was last year 2025 appointment. I requested to speak to the manager and she connected me with a supervisor, I advised that I still wanted to speak with the manager. Justin Bahr, the manager did not have the decency to call me back yesterday or today. After the service today I received an e-mail from Brandon Falone, president of the company, thanking me for the business, In that e-mail he indicated the following. "Please feel free to comment on the quality of our technicians, and your overall experience. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied, I would consider it a favor if you called and gave me the opportunity to redress the situation." Best Wishes, Brandon Falone, President So I called to speak with him as he suggested before writing a negative review, that was a joke instead I was passed off to the customer experience and dispatch staff member, never able to speak to him directly, even though I indicated that I had received an email from him. That individual indicated that he would look into the situation, but I probably won't hear back from him either. Now I realize that mistake can happen, but this is not the first time I have had a problem with scheduling and no one showing up or a different technician (I request the same technician all the time). I have dealt with the company for 10 consecutive years, the technician is excellent, no problem with him, he is very professional and does a great job. My complaint is the efficiency of the office as I first stated. Also that fact that I was not given the opportunity to speak with the president per his recommendation.

Richard Armbruster from Precision Garage Door arrived at my home in Bear Trap Ocean View DE , evaluated my garage, replaced the motor and springs. During the visit Richard was coordial, extremely knowledgeable, and performed his work in a timely manner. Richard explained everything he did and took the time to show me how the new Liftmaster system worked. I felt Precision's prices were reasonable and have used the previously at our MD home, trust is a big word...I trust this company.

The door frame of my 124 years old garage was crooked and he spent long time to make the adjustments needed to install the door properly and with no visible gaps. It was easy to request a visit on the website for the next day on the night the garage door spring was broken. Their technician Jorge saw the broken spring and also checked the rest of the components and then explained the several options for maintenance that were required. He finished in hours and we had a working garage door again. Simple, convenient and no drama.

A year ago I had a broken spring on my garage door. The tech from Precision Door came and expertly fixed and repaired / replaced parts after fully explaining all options available. I had to replace the door opener (a Chamberlain) 2 days ago and ran into a couple of problems with the new unit. Note I am a retired engineer and have installed / replaced several door openers during my 72 years. This new opener gave me a couple of fits adjusting the up and down limits and erroring out. I finally called Precision Door to look at it and see what I did wrong. The tech - Fito, came and inspected the previous door repairs and the new replacement opener. I felt like a fool when he ran it and it worked without a problem. We discussed what might have been wrong and why it started working fine. Since the door had been refurbished by Precision I was not charged even for a service call. I appreciate a company that stands behind their work and would gladly recommend them. P.S. Fito left with a couple bottles of cold water and fresh baked cookies.

I had problems with the garage door and they quickly answered the phone and provided next day service which worked perfectly. Technician Eric Barton was professional and highly qualified. Checked everything and repaired. I also wanted a keypad which he had all necessary equipped in the truck to installed and setup. Pricing was reasonable and provided future recommendations and maintenance information and suggested materials I should use to maintain track. Dylan and Josh were absolutely wonderful installing new garage doors on an older home. It was tricky, but they were very creative and engineered an excellent solution. They were so professional and cleaned up the garage before they completed the job at 9:30 on a Friday night. They explained all the technology and went over how to keep the doors in good shape. They called with an arrival time, and worked diligently the entire day. They were a great team and very personable. The entire office was so helpful in scheduling a new installation. When Bryan came out to give an estimate, the old garage doors were shaking due to the wind, and he spent an hour of his time trying to secure them. They are an excellent company and I would highly recommend them.
