Contacted Precision Door to adjust the garage door on my rental home. Advised a technician would be out in a short while. Technician Trevor Kalista arrived as scheduled and adjusted the garage door which was binding on occasion. Trevor also made recommedations that should be addressed in the future. A large spring above my garage door snapped and rendered the door only operable with the manual release. I contacted Precision around noon, and was told a technician would arrive between 12:00 and 2:00 (same day). He arrived shortly after 2:00, assessed the situation, and had it repaired and operable by 3:00. The technician was very professional and had great interpersonal skills. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door issues.

Precision Garage Door (Mike) responded quickly to my inquiry, thoroughly inspected our garage door, showed us and explained in detail the new door options and ensured quick delivery and intallation. The installing technician (Ron) did a wonderful job installing the new garage door and the new opener and thoroughly explained in detail the operation, maintenance and technical features of both. His attention to detail is amazing and it was such a pleasure to see such craftsman doing what he loves doing. Matthew was very prompt on arriving. He was very professional, very courteous and respectful. Yes, the issue we called in reference to give us 3 options for solutions with great value on all 3 options. We selected the middle option which he performed very professionally. He wiped everything down when he was done and he cleaned everything up after he was finished. That's no debris, no parts lying around in the garage came back and explained everything to us what he did and walked a student process. Great asset to the company.

I submitted an online appointment request on Tuesday and was able to get an appointment for the next day. There was plenty of communication about my appointment and all expectations were met. I call Precision Grage Door of Delawre. I told them it was not an emergency. They sent out Trevor Kalista to repair our weak garage door springs. He was here one hour after I called.
