I call Precision Grage Door of Delawre. I told them it was not an emergency. They sent out Trevor Kalista to repair our weak garage door springs. He was here one hour after I called. He changed the springs, drums and cables in 45 minutes. He was great and the service was excellent! I will pass Precision name and number to my neighbors. Thank you ,Trevor!

Tier-1 level support! I was truly impressed by the Precision Door technicians, namely Brendan and Richard, who removed our two original garage doors and replaced them with the highest-quality Olympiad premium doors. They were absolutely professional, courteous, timely, and exceptionally efficient. Brendan even set up my phone app afterwards to ensure I was fully-connected and took time with me to ensure I understand and could perform semi-annual maintenance by ensuring the rollers were properly lubricated. Precision exceeded my expectations with exceptional customer service, rapid response time, and the kind of personal attention I dont see too often. Id like to personally thank the team that answered my call for an estimate, Rich, who came out to perform the estimate, and everyone else who sped this process along to an outstanding delivery and installation. Service technician was nice, but the price quoted was premium pricing for a midrange job. No free estimates, you have to pay $75 for and estimate then get overpriced quote. Precision, you really need to do better. Shameful
