7/8/2023 – Technician Brendan Male was a superb representative of Precision Garage Door of Delaware. He quickly identified the condition of each of three garage doors and their related opener systems…. and communicated a set of options for repair that differentiated value for the price point. After I decided on the preferred solution, he confidently and competently set about the work. Installation was careful, clean and he took the time to program the technology to perform as expected. Five well-earned stars for product and service quality.

6/20/2023 – After losing power, I had to manually release my garage door to get it open. Then it would not close. The door had gone past where it should have on the track and was stuck there. My technician, Brendan Male, came out and not only fixEd the problem, but added a stopper, so that would not happen again. He was very courteous, professional, and informative. Great job, Brendan!

1/30/2023 – I couldn’t say enough good things about the rapid, professional and expert service we received on our garage door opener installation. The service tech was respectful and took pains to program our remote to work with an existing door opener eliminating the need for two in each of our cars. He also walked us through uploading the phone app so we have remote ability to confirm our garage door is closed via a camera contained in the housing of the opener. such an awesome feature!
