Trevor Kalista was technician he sent us an email that said he was on his way. About 30 minutes out. We also received a phone call confirming the same. Trevor showed up in the expected time. He was very polite. When he completed he remonstrated all the installed parts of the door opener. He cleaned up the job site before he left. Excellent service i originally called Delaware garage door who has worked and replaced my door opener they said they couldn't be out to May 13 are you kidding me. I called Percission Door and they came to my house within 1hour..Eric is a great technician and knows his job well.He fixed my problem plus inspected the door ant pointed out to me about some wore parts.he didn't pressure me about replaced some things but beings they came out when I called i gave them some extra work to do for me.Thank you very much I will recommend precision door anyday..you only get what you pay for.Great work.***** Five star

We called Precision to come out and take a look at our garage door. We were able to get same day service, which was much appreciated. Matthew Taylor arrived on time after texting us well in advance to let us know when he would arrive, including a picture for ID. He also called when he was a few minutes away. He went over our system with us, fixed the problem and was extremely honest and pleasant to work with. I thought the price was reasonable and was overall happy with the entire experience. Matthew gave me a business card and I will definitely call again.

Had repairs done a few weeks ago. Then the springs were making a noise called this morning. Explain what was going on. *** ******* was here for the second time. He was excellent awesome just like how he was the first time (which was almost six years ago in 2019). Professional, friendly and super fast service. He showed up in less than one hour after I called. Polite and respectful. Helpful with sorting out what was actually needed. Our kids were out and about and he was kind and nice to them too.
