My name is Eric, I was born in Elizabeth City North Carolina but grew up in New Castle county Delaware. I am a southern boy by heart, I enjoy anything outdoors; fishing, camping, hiking, disc golf, and hunting and tracking. I also am very involved in art, anything from drawing, painting, tattooing and t-shirt/clothing design. I grew up in a blue collar family and surrounded by uncle's and a dad that are expert carpenters, and proud of it. I have been doing construction for 20+ years and some mechanical, I was an aircraft mechanic for a few years until the company started going in an unfavorable direction, I am happily married and we have 5 children, 3 boys and 2 girls. We also have a dog named Arlo he is a heeler/Lancashire terrier mix, he is an escape artist and kind of a nut but we love him. My wife and I are really big into the holidays, especially Halloween; huuuge horror fans. My family and I now reside in north Wilmington and we absolutely love our town and neighborhood.

10/19/2023 – I am very pleased with the door and the service. Precision Door provided excellent communication over the entire process and are very organized. Eric was very professional and he and his co-worker did an excellent job installing the new door. Eric took the time to go over all of the features and the process to program the remotes. They cleaned up the job site and left my garage cleaner than when they arrived. I highly recommend this company.
10/12/2023 – Eric Gerres is a true professional! Im an inquisitive person and asked allot questions. He was polite, personable and respectful. His work ethic was outstanding. He was very meticulous, exacting and thorough. After the installation he took additional time to go through operation and maintenance of the door. He helped me setup the app and showed me the features. The door itself seems to be very good quality. I noticed a significant reduction in the street noise as the panels went up, not to mention temperature difference. So far I’m very impressed with the quality and functionality of the door.
10/11/2023 – My technician was Eric Gerres. He was extremely nice and did a great job repairing my door. I would highly recommend Eric and Precision. When it is time to replace my door I will definitely call Precision and ask for Eric to do the install.
9/7/2023 – Eric G. did an outstanding and fast job replacing my old garage door with a much better new one. Service, from beginning to end, was fast, courteous precise. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with them, and with Eric. And the warranty is fantastic, too!
9/6/23 – Love my new garage door and opener. Absolutely awesome installation, explanation of how things function and help with the app!. Eric the technician was so knowledgeable. Was prompt. His respect for a person’s property was evident as he was so neat and clean with all the equipment and supplies too! Highly recommend!
8/17/23 – I received excellent service from Precision Doors. Eric was my technician. He was prompt and courteous. He worked diligently repairing my garage door. I now feel very safe using it. I would highly recommend Precision Doors.
8/16/23 – Eric was great. He inspected and explained to me what was needed to repair the door. He also was very knowledgeable and courteous. The work was done even though it was very hot in a short period of time. He set up the remotes & explained how to use them. I am very pleased.
7/6/2023 – The Precision Door technician, Eric, was on time, did not rush to get to the next job, and left the garage clean of all debris. He also took the time to answer all my question, thoroughly explained all periodic maintenance requirements, and was very courteous.
5/15/2023 – We had Eric Gerres come out to install our new garage doors. He did a fantastic job. He got the old wooden 1950s doors taken out and some fantastic new insulated doors put in. These doors are huge and he did it by himself! Set us up with a new smart opener and keypad and made the trim look phenomenal and water tight. Highly recommend these guys if you need new garage doors!

12/6/22 – My experience from the first phone call was great. Customer service to technician was fabulous. They kept me up to date on my new door and when arrived, installed quickly. The installer Eric, was great. Professional and knowledgeable and explained things very well to me. I highly recommend and we use again.
