Taylor and his associate arrived two hours after our call, explained that they would do a safety check and then proceeded to give us the price. They explained what they would do, went about their work, when finished had me open and close the finished door to check their work. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. 9/1/23 – Taylor Bartow was able to fix our broken garage door in a short period of time and get back in working order. He removed the old rotted weather stripping and put in new weather stripping and he even greased the rollers. He sent estimates for a rebuild of the existing garage door as well as estimates for new garage doors and new openers. Taylor is very customer focused and his expertise was greatly appreciated!

8/28/23 – My technician Taylor was Awesome! He was very professional and knowledgeable. He anticipated any possible questions and more. He even programed my car to work with the new opener. 4/25/2023 – I would 100% recommend this company! Our service tech Taylor was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and did a wonderful job for us. He gave us the options and explained them thoroughly. We knew what the price was going to be before any work was done. Now that the new springs have been installed the door moves more smoothly and is much quieter.

4/14/2023 – Taylor Bartow came out and did a fantastic job on my door repair and new opener. He was low pressure, efficient, and timely in his work. He even offered to program my wifes vehicle opener. If all of Precisions employees work like this, you cant go wrong hiring them.

2/3/2023 – Omg it’s cold outside ! called 3 different companies and no one available today ? These folks came within a hour and replaced the springs in 25 mins at reasonable price thought it would’ve been more . Taylor Bartow is the tech professional!! And gets the job done !

1/9/2023 – The spring on our garage door exploded (not really but sounded like it) which made it impossible to enter our garage. Called Precision and technician Taylor Bartow was dispatched within an hour. Taylor was professionally dressed, polite and thorough. He explained what the problem was, gave us a choice as to how we could proceed and the pros & cons with each. We choose to replace all moving parts to the door instead of just replacing the springs. The door was fixed and running more smoothly then it ever has in less then an hour. Before he left he made sure to test every remote control both in our cars and the key pad. He even cleaned the inside of the door! AWESOME! Taylor was GREAT!! Clone that man!

1/7/2023 – The service was impeccable from start to finish! The representative who scheduled me for a same day service was very pleasant and was able to get someone out to my home within an hour of me speaking with her. Taylor (the tech) was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! After listening to my concerns and request, he explained every step of the way what he was going to do. Not only did he make sure my garage door was properly sealed but he showed me where he had done work to give my door a little more life before I get it replaced. In addition, I asked him to provide me with quotes to have it replaced and he provided two different options so I could make the best decision in the future when I’m ready for the replacement. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Delaware & Eastern Shore Maryland to anyone in need of this service!

11/21/22 – Not only was Taylor, our Precision technician, very knowledgeable, he was also extremely courteous and personable. He took time and thoroughly explained all of our options so that we could make the best choice for our budget. Precision Garage Door is the best!
