Every company should have an employee like Matthew Taylor. When our garage door opener motor broke, Matthew was at my house by noon that day. He did a super job quickly and went over in detail about the features of our new opener. He was truly professional and I wish all service people were as competent as Matthew. Our second time using Precision. Service, from the phone appointment to the actual visit was first rate. Technician Richard was cordial, professional and expert...going the extra mile AFTER the extra mile to see that we were not only fully repaired but informed of possible future needs without the kind of "hard sell" too often found in other vendors. Totally satisfied, the only reason we only rate them five stars is that there aren't six stars available here.... (PS...hey boss...give your people raises....they are all keepers ;)

Garage door came off track at about 10 AM, called Precision and at first was told earliest repair would be 6-8PM. About 12 technician Tim called and said in area and could come by. Arrived, assessed situation and quoted price. Recommended wheel replacement and some other maintenance items to make the door move more smoothly and avoid future problems. Tim worked quickly and professionally. Would recommend Tim and Precision. Very pleased with work done.

I called Precision Doors to see about getting a new garage door opener. I called at about 3:30 p.m. on a Monday. They said someone to be here between 4 and 6 p.m. Richard arrived at about 5 p.m. He saw what was there and offered 2 options. I chose the one best suited for me. Richard said he could install it immediately if I wanted. It took less than an hour to completely install the garage door opener. Richard was very efficient and professional, as well as very polite and thoughtful. I was greatly pleased and impressed by Richard. Your company is blessed to have him as an employee.

Tim called to ask if he could come 30 minutes early, which was great! He was friendly, professional, and efficient. Thinking about our new pole barn that will need a garage door system soon, I would absolutely use them again.

The technician, Richard Armbruster arrived early to attend to my garage door opener problem. Fortunately, it was only a dead battery but I had no idea. He installed a new battery and I immediately had access to the garage from the outside again. My remote opener for the car had broken in an accident and Richard said he would check to see if he had the kind that was needed. He did and I am so grateful.... I now have the access and flexibility for full use of the garage door opener. Richard was professional, polite and completely friendly. I am totallly impressed with Richard and this wonderful company - Precision Garage Door of Delaware. AAAAA+++++
