Our experience was outstanding, from the phone call for service to the finish of the job. Our technician was Taylor Bartow. Taylor and his associate arrived two hours after our call, explained that they would do a safety check and then proceeded to give us the price. They explained what they would do, went about their work, when finished had me open and close the finished door to check their work. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door

Jasper Brown did an excellent job installing my garage door opener. My Story: My garage door suddenly would not work. It was an emergency because repairmen needed access to my home and I would be out of town the next day. I needed emergency service. Jasper Brown was the technician sent to do the job. He made multiple attempts to correct the problem with the chain and it just would not loosen. Jasper recommended a new opener that was belt driven. Since I had chain problems before I decided to go with the new opener. I am glad I did. Jasper installed the opener and worked late in the evening and then had to go to another job. It was neatly done with little trace of the old opener.

We had the best experience with Precision Garage Door and especially Technician Eric Bartow. We were stuck in the garage when the spring and other garage door opener parts broke and failed. I requested service at 11:00 am and Eric was here at 1:50 pm to help us. We decided at the same time to replace our Genie with a Liftmaster system. We are so very satisfied. Eric was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He knew what the problem was and had the parts to fix it. Company an Tech Eric Bartow are highly recommended.

Jasper Brown is a terrific young man. We were very upset that are garage door wouldn't close. Rain and wind was in the forecast. I called Precision Garage Doors, and had a immediate response. He installed a beautiful new unit. He made the process so easy. We will call them again if need be. He even installed a keypad outside, wasn't expecting all of the extra service.

Matt Taylor was our technician and he provided exceptional service. We called for him to replace our broken coil spring. He did a full safety inspection and then offered 3 different options (best, middle, minimum) for the repair and replacement of our old garage door parts. He allowed us to decide what option worked best for us with no pressure for us to chose which option. He was very knowledgable and explained everything in great detail. He was very pleasant and we would recommend him to our friends and family!!

I like precision, I read a lot of people complain about pricing and whining about how they were gonna "force" you to buy a new door. Well, it's those kind of people that'll be the first ones calling back when the band aids the other "cheaper" companies applied don't last forever! all I keep reading is how the tech says " this'll get you through another couple years", then what? they have to come back and you have to spend more money. DUH! that's stupidest thing I've ever heard! so who's the trickster? plus they have warranty's and guarantees, and I know for a fact their parts and hardware last 5x longer, so you guys go ahead and keep throwing your money out the window. I will only use precision.

Precision - Bob Strauss - did a great job installing new springs, torsion tube, and bearings when we had a failure. He explained what was needed and completed all the work in less than one hour. They also showed up the next morning after my first phone call. Great Service.

Technician Josh Bourdon from Precision Garage Doors of Delaware did a marvelous job with installing our garage doors. Josh noticed a dent in one of the front panels and immediately called to have it replaced then returned to install the new panel. He also realigned the back garage door that made a clicking sound when going up and down. Josh was an excellent technician that knew his job inside & out.
