Trevor was so courteous and patient in diagnosing the problem with garage door! Offered 3 options for the fix! After my choice and approval for the best possible repair to my satisfaction Trevor executed and installed a new door opener and then spent time to program car remotes and new key code! I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with all aspects of Trevor work!!

Tim Strauss called me and told the exact time he would be at my house to repair my garage door. He arrived on time and we reviewed the problem. He gave me 2 options. I selected one and he went to work. Tim was very knowledgeable and completed the job in one hour. Tim did an excellent job and you should be thankful to have an employee of that caliber.

First we got someone who took the measurements & showed us the products they have. He wasn't. pushy at all which is very rare then just 2 days later came the garage doors & where installed perfectly. The doors are nice BUT I wish I was able to change the doors access pin & create the temprary ones threw the app.

Excellent experience in every way. Taylor Bartow was personable, knowledgeable, experienced, professional, helpful, informative and talented. He assessed the problems with the garage door, thoroughly explained various options & costs to address the issues involved, replaced a 21-year-old garage door system that had failed with a new rail, new springs, new sensors & wiring, new motor, new keypad, replaced the weather stripping, and took the time to demonstrate how to program the master control, the remotes, etc. and use the system even programing the car's HomeLink opener into the system, I was extremely impressed with his approach and abilities. thoroughly explained various options & costs to address the issues involved. He is truly a class act, an excellent representative of Precision Door. I highly recommend both Taylor and Precision Door for any garage related issue.

Eric was awesome. I was extremely impressed with the entire process! Eric showed up, early I might add, looked at both of my broken doors. Gave me an estimate, we agreed on the very reasonable price. He ran to grab a couple of things from the warehouse that he needed, came back fixed both doors in a couple of hours. Great experience from start to finish!

Taylor Bartow is a very experienced service technician for Precision Door. This was the second time Taylor has worked on my aging garage door openers over the years and the quality of his work is exceptional. Taylor's friendliness and experience outweigh the very high pricing of Precision Door's products. Heavy duty pulleys and extension cables cost over $900, which was the least expensive option of the three presented.
