Very responsive. Was able to request and appointment online, received a phone call for confirmation and a technician arrived a few hours later. Came home on Saturday night after dinner and I had to crawl under the door which opened about a foot. One of the torsion springs had broken. Scheduled a repair for today with Precision Garage Door. The tech named Rob called and said he would arrive in about 15 minutes. Very personable, polite, and thorough with his analysis and estimates. He have everthing resolved in about 45 minutes.
