These guys were super easy to work with. Very knowledgeable folks from start to finish. Their pricing was competitive with a few other estimates I received, maybe a bit higher but well worth the extra cost. They replaced 2 garage doors for us on our 1951 detached garage. They replaced all the tracks, motors, springs etc. Not the easiest task given the old equipment was sized for openers and motors that were extremely outdated compared to the technology they work with nowadays. Taylor was the main installer and he did a fantastic job. Very detail oriented and really took his time to make sure the job was done to the best of his ability. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of garage door service or replacement.

Mattew Taylor came on 12/15 to evaluate my garage door problem. I had a noisy 17-yr. old unit that was seeing its last days and was not consistently working. I was waiting for the springs to fly off at any time! On 12/16 he returned and within 2 hours had replaced my old LiftMaster with a new LiftMaster Wi-Fi LED Garage Door Opener and all of the needed parts other than the rollers (which had been replaced recently) and made my garage door go up and down so quietly that I had to do a double-take to make sure it was really opening and closing!! I now have a high-tech door unit that makes me feel confident and safe in my home and does far more than just open and close the door. Matthew was professional and courteous and even set my new car to work with the opener for me. I highly recommend him and Precision Garage Door Service.

I called because my garage door wouldn't close- it just kept going back up. So, I requested that someone come to check it out. But they suggested that Betty call me first, and walk me through some things before making an appointment. (I was shocked! Who does that nowadays??) Betty was great- very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She had me try some things that got it working again. She explained what happened and gave me some suggestions if it happens again. I was SO impressed! Precision will definitely be the company I call in the future!!

I called this morning at 8:00am asking for the replacement of 2 garage doors. The tech, Tim Strauss arrived at 10:00, gave me a price and had both openers installed and completely operational by 12:00noon. The tech was very professional and efficient. The installation was very neat and the doors are working perfectly! One of the best vendor experiences I have had. I will definitely use Precision next time I need garage door services.

Tim Strauss, Technician for Precession Garage Door of Delaware arrived on time to balance my garage door. He diagnosed that i had two different size door springs installed and this could be causing my problems. I chose the 1st option, replace existing springs. Tim installed two matched torsion springs and balanced the garage door. The Job was completed just under one hour. He did a great job.

We couldn't be more pleased with our service from Precision Garage Door of Delaware. I called about 0900 regarding a door that was still operating, but was not lifting smoothly. Casandra had a technician (Eric scheduled between 2:00 and 4:00 that day! Eric arrive right at 2:00 PM, and naturally the door went up without any problems!!! However, he listened to my description of the problem. Looked high and low, and identified what he thought was the issue. He made an adjustment to the rail, and that fixed it. Both our cars were stuck in the garage when we got ready to leave for Saturday errands. Was pleased to talk with a human being who let me know a technician would arrive between 2 and 4 pm. I received an update letting me know when he was on his way, and I could track his vehicle online. Richard Armbruster was courteous and explained our options for the service. He had the parts to replace a broken door spring and upgraded a plastic bushing to a ball bearing. In and out in about an hour. Very pleased with the work done.

I have used Precision in 2 states - Matthew Taylor was the technician today in DE - (the other was in Clifton, NJ. I called Precision today because of the excellent service I had received previously in NJ). Matt and his co-worker could not have been more pleasant, or more patient, explaining what was causing the issues with the old opener (builder's model) and the capabilities and properties of the new high-quality system. I would not hesitate to use Precision again. The products are reliable and everyone I have come in contact with - starting with the woman who made the appointment for me over the phone, have been a pleasure!

Needed emergency service because my garage door opener was not working. Jasper Brown was sent as the tech. After trying a number of times to fix the old chain driven opener he recommended a new one, He expertly installed the new one with little indication that the old one was ever there.
