Eric was professional and personable, he did text prior to his visit with arrival time and I appreciate that.. Adjusted my sensors - took all of 10 minutes ($90 was a tad excessive but oh well, I didn’t know how to fix it myself so next time I’ll give it a try).

The springs on my garage door broke and Rob from precision garage doors came out the very next day. He offered a few different solutions, but due to other home projects, we stuck with fixing what was needed only. Rob was honest, proficient and delightful to talk to.

Ron Hunt was our door installer. He was on time, explained the process and worked in the hot summer temps. Very personable, and gave an overview of the door once installed and explained the maintenance needed. Spring was broken and the door could not be opened manually. We were house bound all day Sunday because we could not get service but then on Monday, Desiree who answered our call was wonderful and our tech Matthew Taylor who had come to us previously was fantastic. Door now operates and we are no longer locked away from our cars. Great job.

Precision Garage Door is exceptional in their service. I was impressed. With the way he took care of our problem. Out GD motor got fried from a lighting storm 3 days ago. And precision door Tech Richard Armbruster responded. And took care of the problem. And did a great job in a timely fashion. He deserves a raise.
