The technician, Richrd Clemente, arrived on time and evaluated the problem with the garage door opener. He explained that the problem was related to failure of the opener secondary to rusting of some components. He was able to provide a temporary fix but explained that since both openers were 20 years old that there was no way to predict how long the fix would last. I requested a quote for replacing both openers. He offered 3 different options and very clearly explained the differences. I decided to replace the openers and was very happy that he was able to complete the job the same day.

Trevor did an awesome job repairing my garage door. He was very competent and knowledgeable. He troubleshot it and repaired it quickly. He also pointed out issues that may come up in the future since the doors are over 20 years old. Also they came out within a few hours of me calling. Service desk was great.The service from this company was awesome.

He realigned the sensors and checked everything out for us to make sure everything worked properly on the unit. The office communicated well from my call, texting when technician will arrive and picture of the technician. Matthew also gave a quote on the extension rebuild that will need to be done sometime down the road. Very professional company and technician. I highly recommend them.

We had Brenden come to replace our garage door and he did the whole job by himself. He never once stopped and it took him all day. He had adjustments to make and any questionable things--he asked me before just assuming the answer. He took the time to show me what alterations he needed to make and when he was all done-he explained everything to me (including how to use the spray lubricant). He was extremely polite, knowledgable and a very hard and quality conscience technician. I would highly recommend Precision (and Brendan) to anyone who needs any garage door repairs or replacements.

Wonderful company!!! I have had to use this company several times now. But I was thrilled with Taylor and Rob the one time I called them and Matthew on another occasion. Very thorough! Rey helpful! They fixed the wires, tracks, and rollers on my garage door. Matthew explained everything to me about where to use the garage lubricant and what type of grease to get for the track. Great people!. Plus they have after hours emergency service (yes, you have to pay extra for that but that’s why it’s an emergency). I cannot say enough good things about this company and their technicians!
