We had Taylor from Precision Door identify and replace our garage door motor (lift master), spring and replace the rubber on bottom of door. He was fantastic!! Knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. Great quote for all that we had done! Fixed it same day! Precision is lucky to have him as a technician! I would recommend Precision on his work alone.

Called Precision at around 11:00 this morning. Garage door was stuck about 3/4 down in the closed position. Said they could send someone between 12 and 2. Eric Bartow arrived around 12:30. Turns out our door which was installed by another company was not installed properly and we were on borrowed time. Eric took the time to explain what was wrong with the installation and what needed to be done to correct it. Given what was broken with the door everything Eric said made sense. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision and Eric to anyone in need of garage door repair.

After contacting Precision, they schedule their tech for the following. After Eric arrived he took ten minutes to access he condition of both of my garage doors I was given three possible options for repair. after deciding which option, Eric proceeded to rebuild my large garage. The project was completed in approximately 1 hour and was the quietest the door had ever been, Thank you Eric

Richard was our technician and he diagnosed the problem immediately. We had to replace the motor. Richard explained everything and had us back online without garage door without a problem. I recently had my cable on my garage door snap, so I read reviews on Google and selected Precision Garage doors of Delaware based on the high ratings and positive reviews. I am glad that I did, as I have had a positive experience from start to finish. They scheduled me as quickly as possible and let me know when the technician would be coming and sent a picture of Jorge Creech. He called when he was 30 minutes away to let me know when he would be arriving, which was well within the timeframe I was given. He quickly assessed the issue and told me that he would be putting in the order for the new hardware and garage door. I receive an email from the company that it would be 4 weeks before their warehouse received the garage door and that they would be installing it within a week of receipt. After the installation was scheduled, I received an email informing me when the technician would be coming and then sent me a picture of Dylan Younger who also arrived well within the range that was given and who also called me while en route. He worked very hard and made sure that everything was perfect and that I was completely satisfied. I appreciate the communication from the company emails and the calls from the techs and how thorough Dylan was. The garage door looks great from the inside and outside, and a neighbor has already asked what company I used!

I called the company that installed our doors several years ago to be informed it would be two weeks before they could come to repair the door. I called Precision and was told a tech would be there between 2 and 4pm the same day. My tech Richard Armbruster was here within the hour. Explained what had happened and how long the different parts usually last. Gave me three different estimates depending on how much work I would like him to do and the warranty on each estimate. He completed the job in a hour to have my door open and close. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

I phoned Precision Garage Door of Delaware today to fix our two relatively new garage doors, which have been incredibly loud opening and closing, since they were purchased from, and installed by, someone who drove by in a truck and gave me a "hard to believe" low bid for purchasing and installing them. So much for low bids. These two doors have been a nightmare ever since they were "installed" if that's the right word. Anyway, fed up with all the vibrations and screeching sounds when opening and closing these doors, I called Precision Garage Door today, and within two hours, Michael Cahill showed up to correct the nightmare. And did he ever. I'd have to put Mr. Cahill in the top ten of all technicians I've ever hired in my lifetime, and I'm 72 years old, so I've made my share of hiring technicians. I was amazed at the depth of technical knowledge Mr. Cahill had concerning garage doors, and how attentive he was to details. As I watched him (and helped out by handing him nearby tools he needed) I was convinced that I was watching a true craftsman at work. I will probably be purchasing new garage door openers in the near future, and I know who I will be calling to install them. Michael Cahill is a winner, along with Precision Garage Door.

Trevor Kalista was a technician he sent us an email that said he was on his way. About 30 minutes out. We also received a phone call confirming the same. Trevor showed up at the expected time. He was very polite. When he was completed, he demonstrated all the installed parts of the door opener. He cleaned up the job site before he left.
