Eric Bartow was our technician. Up front about everything. We thought we were only getting a new belt drive. But our garage door was almost 20 years old. They don't replace old belts. So we went with a new opener. Yes, their price is high. But I'm 100 percent sure if we have a problem with the opener, they will come ASAP.

I called this morning and said I had a broken spring and could not open my garage door. Richard Armbruster came out an hour later and had the parts he needed on the truck and had it fixed with bigger springs an hour later! Very impressive company from the initial phone call to the job completion.

Jorge took great care installing a new door with opener. The work is top shelf and quality of the products is excellent. Good communication with me as to when to expect them for the installation as they needed to make 3 trips to complete the total job of demo and install. The workers are clean and friendly and were very concerned about making job all run smoothly and with no sloppiness. Highly recommended these folks!

Had an issue with keypad installed with my garage door opener in 2023. I was happy that the technician returning was Tim who had done the original worked. Tim is very knowledgeable and pleasant young man who arrived on time. He assessed the issued & resolved my issue. While here he did a cursory review of the door to ensure that it was functioning properly. He very respectful & really cares to provide quality service.

When the original technician was delayed, another was assigned. Taylor Bartow arrived within the original time period and promptly assessed the failure.
